Thank you for visiting the website of Child Aid Association, Inc., a USA-based organization that supports the work of Child Aid Association, Karachi, Pakistan, in providing 100% free treatment to children suffering from cancer.
Founded in 2016, Child Aid Association (CAA) is a registered voluntary organization under the Department of Social Welfare, Government of Sindh. It has over 150 members, with operations governed by an elected executive committee.

Our Impact
Cancer Treatment
Over 10,000 children have received free cancer treatment.
Pediatric Cancer Center
We have established the first Pediatric Cancer Center in Pakistan (1999) at the National Institute of Child Health (NICH).
Disease Free Survival
The center has achieved 80% disease-free survival in patients who complete treatment under international protocols.
10,000+ Children
10,000+ underprivileged children have been helped through free medicines and medical investigations at NICH.

How We Operate
The executive committee of Child Aid Association is elected every two years and has the authority to:

Raise funds through direct outreach, fundraising events, and donation campaigns.

Ensure proper disbursement of funds with full accountability.

Make strategic decisions for future projects.
We maintain strong working relationships with the National Institute of Child Health (NICH) and ensure financial transparency through audits by M/s. Muniff Ziauddin & Co., Chartered Accountants.
OUR MISSION
Providing free-of-cost cancer treatment to underprivileged children requires sustainable funding and global support. Each child’s treatment costs an average of 10 Lakh rupees and takes three years to complete.
We rely on generous contributions from individual donors and corporate sponsors to continue this lifesaving work.
